Okay, I just wrote a very nice synopsis of the race, then when I tried to find my exact time online, I lost what I had written.  So here's the very shortened version:

It was beautiful weather, Cheris and I ran it as a progressive run, we enjoyed talking to Jody and Dean during the race, my goal was to not be sore after the race, which I achieved.  The End

I had a very enjoyable run this morning with the BBKs.  After the early extra 3 miles, we did some 2 mile repeats.  It felt good to run a little harder, I haven't done that for a while.  But then the last repeat I used for a cool down and that also felt really good.

I'm still waiting for that storm to come and clear this awful air out of here. Hopefully before my long run on Sat!

Raz,

Great to see you around. Can't wait for it to warm up a bit. Also, kind of depressing that when we start and finish our workouts it is still dark outside.

Can't wait for Spring!

Raz, it was fun to chat a little this morning and get to know you better! I still have a TON of people to get to know...I guess if I keep coming I'll get 'em all down soon enough :)
