I ran with my husband this morning. Two very slow miles, trying to ease my soreness. And he is just starting to run again after his ITB problem. This was his second run.
Michelle, I replied to your pm and it went to your comcast account, but thought I would also post it here. The reservations are in Revere. I am not sure if they are too far away or not. If we can find something else closer for a reasonable price I am game. It is a Courtyard Marriott.
Hey Michelle, you still sore too?! My quads and shins are sore. After 30 minutes of running this morning on the treadmill I started to feel an ache on the outside of my knee from my IT band again. I bought one of those IT band black straps today to see if it will help. Has your hubby tried those before? I'm also getting a deep tissue massage on Thursday!!! Don't be jealous. :)
I am jealous!! I am so sore! My quads and calves. My husband does have an IT strap, I don't know how much he has used it. I'm glad I'm not the only one that is sore. I had a lot of fun with you and everyone on the trip!
I have a client who comes at 7:00 and so I have to jump off my bike and run home to meet her. How is Jare'd IT band? I am loving my little black IT band supporter that I bought. I wear it above my knee, unlike the ones we see so many people wearing below their knee. How are your sore muscles recovering?
