Ran by myself this morning, and I mean all by myself.  My daughter used my ipod and I forgot to recharge it .  Kind of boring, but 4 miles, at an easy pace, beautiful morning for a run.

Walter has a song you can sing when you run all by yourself...

Great week!

Kelli,

What song would that be? The one by the Carpenters?

I admit that I have a rough time running without company or an ipod. You're a tough one Raz!

Is it by the Carpenter's?? I dunno!

"Sing, sing a song,

sing out loud, sing out strong.

Sing of good things not bad,

sing of happy not sad.

Sing, sing a song.

Make it simple to last your whole life long,

Don't' worry that it's not enough for anyone else to hear.

Just sing, sing a song,

Just sing, sing a song,

Just sing, sing a song.

Sing, sing a song,

let the world sing a song.

Sing for you and for me,

sing of the best there could be.

Sing, sing a song.

Make it simple to last your whole life long,

Don't' worry that it's not enough for anyone else to hear.

Just sing, sing a song,

Just sing, sing a song,

Just sing, sing a song"

That is a great song, but not that one! I do love the Carpenters. Is that weird? My mom listened to them growing up and I always loved them!!

Walter's song is about being alone...

All By Myself, blah, blah, blah
